COVID19-needs-assessment-survey

HARC’s COVID-19 Needs Assessment survey will help local organizations to understand some of the issues, behaviors, and attitudes surrounding COVID-19 in the Coachella Valley. The survey will be online and can be taken from a phone, computer, or tablet. Questions will include the topical areas of basic demographics, COVID-19 symptoms, shelter-in-place and social distancing behaviors, employment and financial needs, mental health, and resources utilized during the pandemic. The survey will be open until July 4, 2020. Participants will have a chance to win one of four $100 Visa gift cards. The gift cards will be given away at random. If you want a chance to win the $100 Visa gift card, you will be taken to a separate online survey, so your responses cannot be traced to your email.
